Neural Check Assessment

The Neural Chek Assessment is a quick, non-invasive wellness screening designed to provide insight into how your nervous system is functioning at the time of testing. Using advanced heart rate variability (HRV) analysis collected over approximately 300 heartbeats, Neural Chek generates a detailed report that helps identify patterns related to stress adaptation, recovery capacity, autonomic nervous system balance, and overall physiological resilience.

The assessment itself takes approximately 15 minutes from start to finish.

We gather in person at Embodied Health at 1102 12th St. W Bradenton, Fl. 345205 on the second Monday of each month from 8:30–9:30 AM at Embodied Health for no-cost, mastermind-style networking. Each month, we’ll explore one shared business or practice-building challenge, chosen by group poll, followed by conversation, collaboration, and occasional short presentations from members. This is not a seat-specific networking group. There are no membership fees, no pressure, and no hierarchy. The intention is simple: to make meaningful professional friendships, strengthen local referral relationships, share wisdom, support one another’s growth, and build a more connected holistic wellness community. I attended the Crowning the Cosmic Self Lionsgate Ritual at Studio Sattva and it was absolutely magical. Nicole Skaggs and Rev. Alex Rutland created a safe, beautiful space for deep activation—blending sacred sound, breathwork, and powerful ceremonial practices. It was a great night at studio Sattva last night. We had an amazing meditation with the lions for the lion gate, with sound healing accompanying the meditation. The people, energy and space were incredible! Loved every minute of it!!
